At Tech One Media, we price our services based on your specific requirements and the time needed to complete the project. Any modifications to the agreed features—even minor ones—may result in additional charges. To avoid misunderstandings, clients are advised to confirm all requirements during an initial in-person or virtual meeting.

By accepting our quotation—whether through verbal confirmation, email, payment of the initial deposit, or signing the quote—you agree to our terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure all desired features and specifications are clearly outlined in the quote. If we are not provided with full project details, we will proceed based on the information available and adjust pricing accordingly if changes arise later.

We work diligently to provide accurate cost estimates and expect clients to offer complete and clear information. Tech One Media cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from incomplete or vague instructions. Each project comes with an allocated number of development hours. Minor revisions are included within this timeframe; however, major changes or delays that extend beyond the allocated hours will incur additional charges. Refunds are not offered unless required by law.

We do not charge for correcting programming errors. However, if revisions involve redoing completed work or changing the agreed-upon layout, additional charges will apply. All extra work outside the original scope will be quoted and billed separately.

Clients must provide all website content within two weeks of project commencement. Failure to do so may result in project delays and extra charges. We test all websites on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. If additional browsers or devices (outside of iPhones and iPads) are required for testing, this must be communicated in advance.

If your website is not hosted on Tech One Media’s servers, any delays or issues caused by third-party hosting providers will result in additional charges. Projects delayed for more than 60 days will be subject to a $99/week admin fee, and the original project estimate may be revised. Clients are encouraged to inform us in advance if they wish to pause a project. We will update the project account accordingly without additional fees.

Intellectual Property: Tech One Media retains the copyright to all custom software (excluding open-source tools). After full payment, you may request the source code at an additional cost. You are granted a non-transferable license to use the software exclusively with our hosting. Resale or redistribution of the code is strictly prohibited.

Websites are built using high-speed internet for optimal performance. Hosting your site on low-bandwidth private networks may affect its functionality. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party tools, services, or software. Costs for SSL certificates, premium plugins, payment gateways, or ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads) are not included in the base quote.

We are not liable for the maintenance of third-party platforms such as WordPress or Open Source Carts. It is your responsibility to keep such platforms up to date. We also work with external vendors, and changes in their terms or tools may impact our services.

While we strive to meet project timelines, unavoidable delays may occur. As long as we maintain reasonable efforts, there will be no extra charges for such delays. Domain registration, renewals, hosting, and related services are not included unless specifically stated in your quote. If requested, we can provide separate estimates for these services. If you choose external hosting, please consult us before selecting a provider. The server must support the technologies we use and provide us with full access for deployment.

We perform quality assurance on our own servers and cannot permit third-party access to our staging environments. Upon final payment, we will migrate the website to your live server.

Upon full payment, Tech One Media grants you the rights to use the website’s designs, text, and media for your business. However, ownership of code, scripts, and backend structure remains with Tech One Media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
